The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) accused the Syrian army and Turkey-backed factions on Sunday of committing a “massacre against civilians” in eastern Aleppo countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that seven civilians, including women and children, were killed in a strike on the village of Umm al-Tinah in Deir Hafer.

The attack followed clashes involving drones and heavy artillery.
