Iraq continues to receive members of the ISIS organization detained in Syria, as part of a transfer operation carried out by U.S. forces in coordination with the international coalition.

So far, more than 2,200 detainees have been handed over, within a plan to transfer thousands of militants to high-security detention centers inside Iraq.
