UN Investigators Accuse Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces of Crimes Against Humanity

A team of United Nations investigators confirmed that the Rapid Support Forces committed crimes against humanity in Sudan, including killing, torture, and forced displacement on ethnic grounds.

The report accused both parties to the conflict, the army and the Rapid Support Forces, of committing war crimes since the outbreak of the war in April 2023.

The head of the UN mission, Mohamed Shandi Osman, explained that civilians are paying the highest price in this war.
