Trump Departs UAE, Concludes Gulf Tour

U.S. President Donald Trump departed the UAE capital Abu Dhabi on Friday, concluding a multi-day Gulf tour that also included stops in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The trip featured major economic agreements and a landmark investment pledge from the UAE.

According to Agence France-Presse (AFP), Trump wrapped up his four-day visit, which began Tuesday in Riyadh, continued through Doha, and ended in Abu Dhabi. During his stay, he held high-level talks with Emirati leaders and inaugurated the largest artificial intelligence complex outside the United States.

Throughout the tour, Trump secured multi-billion dollar deals across sectors including defense, aviation, and technology. Notably, the UAE committed to investing over $1 trillion in long-term joint ventures within the United States.

This marks Trump’s first overseas visit since beginning his second term in January, underscoring Washington’s growing focus on deepening strategic and economic ties with Gulf partners.
