For the second consecutive night on Wednesday, clashes erupted in Serbia between anti-government protesters and supporters of President Aleksandar Vučić, marking the worst escalation in months.
In Belgrade, police dispersed crowds with tear gas after being pelted with water bottles, while other cities, including Novi Sad, witnessed violent confrontations.
The protests, led by students, demand early elections and the resignation of the interior minister, with dozens injured, including 16 police officers.
