Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi announced Sunday that Egypt will host an international conference in November 2025 to discuss rebuilding Gaza.

The announcement came during an Armed Forces event marking the 52nd anniversary of the October War victory.

El-Sisi reaffirmed Egypt’s ongoing efforts to maintain the ceasefire, facilitate aid delivery, and secure the release of prisoners and hostages, calling the upcoming Sharm el-Sheikh summit a step forward in the peace process.
