Preparations are underway in Istanbul for the International Humanitarian Summit for Gaza, set to take place on November 11 and 12, organized by the Turkish Diyanet Foundation with broad participation from global humanitarian and relief organizations, along with several prominent Turkish institutions.

The summit comes in response to the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, where large-scale destruction of infrastructure and vital sectors has left millions facing dire living conditions after two years of war waged by Israeli forces.

The event aims to mobilize international efforts to support the Palestinian people, highlight urgent humanitarian needs in relief, education, healthcare, and reconstruction, and promote long-term coordination among global aid organizations to ensure sustainable assistance for Gaza.
