The Israeli occupation carried out a series of airstrikes on the southern Lebanese towns of Tyre, Daba, Taybeh, and Aita al-Jabal, after ordering residents to evacuate.
In an official statement, Hezbollah called for national unity and rejected any new negotiations with Tel Aviv, affirming its commitment to “protecting Lebanese sovereignty and continuing the resistance.”
Meanwhile, the U.S. Treasury Department called for the disarmament and defunding of Hezbollah, describing it as a prerequisite for Lebanon’s stability and prosperity.
