A cautious calm prevailed in Aleppo, northern Syria, on Tuesday following clashes on Monday between Syrian government forces and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which left four dead and nine wounded.
After the Syrian Defense Ministry and the SDF announced a halt to mutual attacks and held a meeting between representatives of both sides, a correspondent for Al Jazeera reported that a wary calm has settled over Aleppo since early Tuesday following the clashes.
