Three Palestinians were killed and a woman was injured by Israeli fire on Monday in areas from which Israeli forces had previously withdrawn in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, marking the latest breach of the ceasefire in effect since October 10, 2025.

Medical sources said the bodies of the three victims—Atif Samir Al-Bayouk, Mahmoud Sobhi Breika, and Wissam Abdullah Salem Al-Amour—arrived at Nasser Hospital after they were targeted by a quadcopter drone in the city center.

The sources added that a Palestinian woman was wounded by Israeli gunfire in the Al-Batn Al-Sameen area of Khan Younis and was transferred for treatment.
