At least four people were killed and ten others injured in a Russian attack targeting the Kyiv Oblast, according to the National Police of Ukraine.

Authorities reported a “large-scale attack” that struck a student dormitory as well as industrial sites, warehouses, and residential buildings in the capital Kyiv and its surrounding areas.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force issued alerts warning that several missiles had been launched toward Kyiv.

In response, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation said its forces carried out six large-scale strikes targeting facilities belonging to Ukraine’s military-industrial complex as well as energy and transport infrastructure.
