The death toll from a train collision near Indonesia’s capital Jakarta has risen to 14, with 84 others injured, the country’s railway operator said.
The crash occurred late Monday in Bekasi, when a passenger train collided with a long-distance train.
Rescue teams are continuing efforts to free survivors trapped in the wreckage, as emergency services remain fully mobilized.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.
