The European Union has allocated €45 million to support citizens in Lebanon as part of efforts to address the economic crisis.

The package includes €40 million for the “Aman” program benefiting around 90,000 families, and an additional €5 million to support institutional reforms.

The move comes amid deteriorating living conditions and rising poverty rates.
