Spain head coach Luis de la Fuente announced the “La Roja” squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in a historic development that sees the national team enter the tournament without any Real Madrid players for the first time.
The squad includes eight Barcelona players and three from Atlético Madrid, while defender Dean Huijsen — the last player linked to Real Madrid — was left out.
The roster features prominent names such as Lamine Yamal, Pedri, Dani Olmo, and Nico Williams, as Spain prepares to compete in Group H alongside Saudi Arabia, Uruguay, and Cape Verde.
