FIFA has decided to prohibit the use of vuvuzelas, whistles, and air horns inside stadiums during the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The governing body said the measure is part of stadium conduct regulations aimed at reducing excessive noise and improving the experience for fans, players, and officials.
The restrictions also cover laser devices and other prohibited items, with local authorities authorized to deny entry to violators or remove them from venues.
