Four Israelis were injured on Sunday evening in a vehicle-ramming attack near the Gush Etzion settlement junction south of the occupied West Bank.

Israeli medical sources reported that two of the injured were in critical condition, while the others sustained moderate injuries.

Israeli media said the Palestinian assailant was shot dead by Israeli forces stationed at the scene immediately after the incident. Authorities subsequently imposed a strict security lockdown and closed roads leading to the area.
