Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced that two people were killed and three others injured over the past 24 hours, raising the reported death toll from Israeli military operations since March 2, 2026, to 4,303, with 12,202 people injured.

The casualties come as limited Israeli attacks continue in southern Lebanon despite the U.S.-brokered framework agreement.

The agreement calls for a phased Israeli withdrawal from Lebanese territory in exchange for the Lebanese Army assuming security responsibilities and the disarmament of armed groups, a provision rejected by Hezbollah, which described the agreement as “nonexistent.”
