Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said four people were killed and 27 others, including six children, were injured in a Russian guided bomb attack on the northeastern city of Sumy.

Zelenskyy also stated that Ukrainian forces carried out strikes targeting oil facilities near Saint Petersburg and Russia’s Kronstadt naval base, saying the attacks struck strategic targets located more than 850 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
