Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced that Istanbul will host a ministerial meeting next Monday to discuss a ceasefire in Gaza and possible paths to peace.
Fidan accused Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of seeking to violate the truce and resume what he called “genocide.”
He added that Turkey had sent 81 rescuers to the Rafah crossing to help recover the martyrs’ bodies, but they remain stranded after the occupation refused entry into the enclave.
