The Istanbul Public Prosecutor’s Office announced the preparation of an indictment against 35 Israeli suspects over the attack on ships from the “Global Freedom Flotilla” heading to Gaza.

It stated that the armed intervention in international waters lacked legal legitimacy and involved the detention of civilians and the use of violence against them.

The incident was described as a serious violation of international law, reflecting a legal escalation against Israeli practices.
