Russia’s Defense Ministry announced on Sunday that its forces had targeted a railway station in Konotop, in Ukraine’s Sumy region, and a vessel at sea, claiming both were being used for military purposes and transporting military cargo.

The ministry said the strikes were carried out using drones. It also reported destroying 235 Ukrainian drones overnight over Russian territory, including the Moscow region.

The claims have not been independently verified.

Russia’s war against Ukraine has continued since February 24, 2022, amid ongoing aerial attacks by both sides.
