Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced that 12 people were killed and 74 others injured following Israeli airstrikes targeting areas in southern and eastern Lebanon over the past 24 hours.

The ministry stated that the overall death toll since March has risen to 3,151 fatalities and 9,571 injuries amid continued violations of the ceasefire agreement, which has been extended until next July.

The escalation coincided with Israeli warnings urging residents of southern towns to evacuate their homes, while clashes with Hezbollah continue along the border.
