Six ISIS members and three Turkish police officers were killed on Monday during a security operation carried out by Turkish forces in Yalova province in northwestern Turkey.
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said the operation also resulted in injuries to eight police officers and a security guard, in addition to the arrest of 139 suspects.
Official media reported that clashes erupted during a raid on a house suspected of sheltering ISIS members, without providing further details on the severity of the injuries.
