Three Palestinians were killed Sunday in attacks carried out by Israeli occupation forces and settlers in the town of Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said two Palestinians were shot dead by settlers, while the official news agency WAFA News Agency reported that a third man died after inhaling tear gas during an Israeli military raid on the town.

Clashes erupted between residents and settlers, leaving several Palestinians injured.

The incident comes amid a surge in settler and Israeli military attacks across the West Bank since October 2023.
