At least nine people were injured after a Russian missile and drone strike targeted the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia, causing a fire in an administrative building and widespread damage to civilian infrastructure.

Local authorities said residential neighborhoods, warehouses, and vehicles were damaged, while emergency teams continued evacuation and search operations for anyone trapped beneath the rubble.

Zaporizhzhia, located near the front line, has been repeatedly targeted since the outbreak of the full-scale war in 2022.
