Syria’s Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the bombing targeting a crowded café in Damascus has risen to 10, with 21 others injured, marking the deadliest attack in the capital in more than a year.

Syrian authorities pledged to pursue those responsible and continue counterterrorism efforts, stressing that the attack would not deter measures aimed at strengthening security and stability across the country.
