Two Lebanese citizens were killed on Wednesday in an Israeli drone strike near Ghandoor Hospital in the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa in southern Lebanon, according to the report, marking another alleged violation of the ceasefire.

Israeli forces also reportedly carried out a controlled explosion in the town of Taybeh in the Bint Jbeil district, amid continued military escalation despite diplomatic efforts to resume negotiations.

Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health said the death toll from Israeli attacks since March 2026 has risen to 4,321, with 12,203 people injured.
