Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi arrived in the Qatari capital, Doha, for a working visit after concluding a five-day official trip to the United States.

The Washington visit included the signing of 48 agreements and memoranda of understanding, as well as the announcement of a comprehensive economic partnership between the two countries.

The agreements covered the oil, gas, and investment sectors as part of Baghdad’s efforts to diversify its economy and expand employment opportunities.
