Israeli Occupation Suspends Operations of Dozens of Humanitarian Organizations in Gaza

The Israeli occupation announced the suspension of operations for more than 20 humanitarian organizations in the Gaza Strip starting in early January, citing non-compliance with new regulations on information-sharing, funding, and field activities.

Authorities claimed around 25 organizations failed to renew permits, including Doctors Without Borders, Oxfam, and the Norwegian Refugee Council.

The move raised serious rights concerns over its direct impact on humanitarian work and the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
