Seventeen people were killed in a drone strike targeting the home of the commander of the Sudan Shield Forces in Al Jazirah State.

Local sources reported that the attack occurred during a gathering of family members and associates, resulting in multiple fatalities, including relatives.

The incident comes amid Sudan’s ongoing conflict, which has seen escalating military confrontations since the war between the army and the Rapid Support Forces began.
