Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Thursday that it had carried out a missile attack targeting a U.S. command center in Jordan, in response to American airstrikes against Iran.
In a statement, the IRGC said the operation, described as a “punitive response against the aggressor,” involved the launch of 12 ballistic missiles at the command-and-control center located at Azraq Air Base. The statement claimed that the strike destroyed the targeted facility and several fighter jets, according to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency.
