Yemeni forces and an official television channel said Tuesday that the Houthi group had targeted the cities of Marib and Mokha with ballistic missiles and drones.

The National Resistance Forces said the Houthis launched five ballistic missiles and several drones at Mokha in Taiz Governorate, while the official Yemen Channel reported that residential neighborhoods in Marib had been targeted with missiles and drones.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or material damage. The escalation comes amid growing tensions in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
