The United Arab Emirates announced the success of a new mediation effort between Russia and Ukraine, resulting in the exchange of 386 prisoners—193 from each side—bringing the total number of prisoners exchanged through UAE mediation to 6,691.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed its commitment to supporting peaceful solutions and alleviating the humanitarian consequences of the conflict.
