FIFA Announces First-Ever Halftime Show for the 2026 World Cup Final

FIFA has announced that the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final will feature the tournament’s first-ever halftime entertainment show, marking an unprecedented step inspired by the American Super Bowl tradition.

According to FIFA, the performance will include several global stars, including Madonna, Shakira, and South Korean group BTS, under the supervision of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

The initiative is part of the “FIFA Global Citizen” project, which aims to support education and raise $100 million for children around the world.

The final match is scheduled to take place on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in the United States.
