U.S. President Donald Trump stated that inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will travel to Iran to oversee activities related to enriched uranium when conditions are deemed appropriate, describing the understanding reached with Tehran as a “very good agreement.”
Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stressed that Iran will not negotiate over its missile and defense capabilities.
The statements fall within the framework of implementing the “Islamabad Understanding,” which entered into force on June 18, aiming to address disputes between the two countries through dialogue and negotiations.
